Let’s start with something affordable, rhe Karuizawa Cask Strength 1999-2000 (59.5%) is one of the later vintages from this legendary distillery. Unlike most Karuizawa bottles you are likely to find, this one is actually bottled at the distillery itself! If you’d like to own a little bit of whisky history, then this is your bottle.
Karuizawa x Kawasaki Time Slip Cask 6432

Karuizawa 1981 Sherry Cask 6256
A sensational Karuizawa from the famed 1981 vintage. This fantastic, cask strength dram was fully matured in a first fill sherry cask. It is deep, rich, and complex, with a wonderful mix of sweet, savory aromas and flavors. It is safe to say that this is the sort of cask that helped cement Karuizawa’s reputation as Japan’s finest distillery.
Karuizawa 1984 30 Year Old Cask Single Cask #7843 / Samurai
This bottle is from the ten casks bottled with different Samurai depicted on the labels. It was left to mature in a Sherry Butt Cask for 30 years and was then finally bottled in 2015, with 458 bottles being released. The Geisha Bottles
The Geisha series is among our favorites, most of them were distilled around 2000, making them among the last bottles ever made by this legendary distillery. The labels feature beautiful artwork by Yashima Gakutei, one of the masters of Tokugawa era paintings. The bottles are already a highly coveted collectors item, lucky for you, we have a few!
Karuizawa SMWS Four Bottle Set
The Scotch Malt Whisky Society represents a members-only group of whisky lovers, who are independent bottlers. Originating in Scotland, the group has grown so much that it now has branches in 20 countries, including Japan. And the Japanese branch does not only bottle Scotch, but also Nikka, and now, Karuizawa. With five bottles – each of them specially marked – this set is about as economical per bottle as Karuizawa will ever be, and is as good as Karuizawa will ever be, too!
